The full pay matrix, with every cell of each level, is in the Central Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2016 of the Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance: doe.gov.in. It is not copied here. Allowances (DA, HRA, TA) are paid on top of basic pay at the rates the Government notifies; in-hand pay is not estimated here.
