Niyookti helps you find government jobs, check eligibility against official notices and prepare for exams. This page explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We do not receive your Google password.
- Profile details you enter: such as date of birth, category, state, education, experience and the exams you are targeting.
- Your activity on Niyookti: saved jobs, practice answers, mock test results and settings.
- Basic technical data needed to run the site securely, such as request logs kept by our hosting provider.
How we use it
- To show jobs that match your profile and to check your eligibility against the rules printed in the official notice. Eligibility is decided by fixed rules, not by an AI guess.
- To save your progress, show your practice results and remind you about deadlines.
- To keep your account secure and to fix problems.
- We do not sell your personal data and we do not show you third-party ads based on it.
Who we share it with
- Supabase stores our database and handles sign-in.
- Cloudflare hosts the website.
- Google provides “Continue with Google” sign-in, if you choose it.
- For the study coach, topic-wise practice scores (without your name or email) are sent to our AI provider to suggest a study plan.
- Google Analytics runs only on public pages (not on your profile, dashboard, saved jobs or sign-in pages) to count visits. No profile data, email or eligibility result is sent to it.
- We may share data if the law requires it.
Google user data
- From Google sign-in we use only your name, email address and profile picture, and only to create and identify your Niyookti account.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not transfer it to others except the service providers listed above who help us run the account.
- Niyookti's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your choices
- You can see and edit your profile at any time after signing in.
- To delete your account and data, email govtjobsai@gmail.com from your registered email address. We delete it within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.
- You can remove Niyookti's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account settings.
Security and storage
- Data is sent over HTTPS and stored with access controls so that each user can read only their own private data.
- We keep your data while your account is active and delete it when you ask us to.
Children
- Niyookti is meant for job seekers. If you are under 18, use it with a parent or guardian's permission.
Changes and contact
- If we change this policy, we will update the date on this page.
