आयु सीमा और योग्यता
आयु सीमा (अधिसूचना के अनुसार): 21 years to below 30 years (born not earlier than 2 April 1996 and not later than 1 April 2005)

शैक्षणिक योग्यता (अधिसूचना के अनुसार):
- General cadre: graduation in any discipline with at least 60% in aggregate, or post-graduation in any discipline with at least 55% (SC/ST/PwBD: 50% for graduation, pass marks for post-graduation, where posts are reserved for them)
- DEPR cadre: MA/MSc in Economics (or a course where Economics is the main part, such as Quantitative Economics), or MA/MSc in Finance (or a course where Finance is the main part), with at least 55% (SC/ST/PwBD: 50% where posts are reserved)
- DSIM cadre: Master's degree with at least 55% in Statistics, Mathematics, Mathematical Statistics, Applied Statistics, Quantitative Economics, Econometrics, Informatics or a related field, or in Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, Big Data Analytics or a related field; or a four-year Bachelor's degree in these fields with at least 60% (SC/ST/PwBD: 50% where posts are reserved)
- Graduation must be a course of at least 3 years after Class XII, and post-graduation at least 2 years after graduation; marks are counted over the whole course
- Qualifications are counted as on 1 April 2026
