- Junior Hindi Translator (JHT) / JTO / Junior Translator (JT) in various Ministries — Level-6 (Rs.35400-112400)
- Senior Hindi Translator (SHT) / Senior Translator (ST) / Senior Translation Officer (STO) in various Ministries — Level-7 (Rs.44900-142400)
आवेदन शुल्क: ₹100
शुल्क छूट (अधिसूचना के अनुसार): Women candidates and SC, ST, PwBD and eligible Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempt.

आयु सीमा (अधिसूचना के अनुसार): 18 to 30 years (born not before 02-08-1996 and not later than 01-08-2008)

- JTO / JHT / JT (posts A to C): Master's degree from a recognised university in Hindi or English (or another subject with Hindi and English as medium or compulsory/elective subjects, as specified), plus a recognised diploma/certificate in Hindi-English translation or two years' translation experience in a Central/State Government office including Government of India undertakings
- SHT / ST / STO (post D): the same Master's degree, plus a recognised diploma/certificate in translation or three years' translation experience in such offices
- Qualifications are counted as on 1 August 2026

परीक्षा पैटर्न
- Paper-I: computer-based objective test — General Hindi and General English, 200 marks, 2 hours
- Paper-II: descriptive — Translation and Essay, 200 marks, 2 hours
