आयु सीमा (अधिसूचना के अनुसार): Minimum 18 years for all; maximum 25 (UR), 27 (BC/EBC men), 28 (BC/EBC women), 30 (SC/ST and transgender)

- Written test: 100 questions, 100 marks, 2 hours, OMR — qualifying only (minimum 30%)
- Shortlisting for PET at 1:5 per category
- Physical efficiency test (running, shot put, high jump): 100 marks
- Final merit on PET marks only
