Eligibility
Educational qualification
Three years Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.Sc. in Civil Engineering of three years duration, or a combination of any sub stream of basic streams of Civil Engineering, from a recognized University / Institute (higher qualifications such as B.E./B.Tech. are also acceptable), held by the closing date, 13 September 2026.
Age limit
18–33 years as on 1 January 2027, with category-wise relaxation as per the notice.
